$1085.00Denise Simon, 61 of Champlin, passed away peacefully after a 17-month battle with small cell lung cancer on August 20, 2018. Preceded in death by parents Anselme and Doris Senechal.
Denise grew up in Fall River, MA and moved to MN with her husband Mike in 1978 for career opportunities and to build a family. Denise worked as a legal secretary for 40 years. Family and friends were always important to Denise, and she loved to spend time with them. Denise wanted it to be know that she lived hard, mothered hard, played hard, and lived a life with no regrets.
Survived by loving husband of 41 years Michael; children Kimberly (Joseph) Thiel and Kristofer (fiance Elizabeth Guerrero) Simon; grandson Keegan Simon; siblings Paulette (Gary) Gilmore and Paul (Jaime) Renaud; and many other loving relatives and special friends.
Denise's husband Michael was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2011 and her family would like memorial donations to go towards Parkinson's research and finding a cure.
