Donna M. Kranendonk of North Palm Beach, FL died peacefully on July 24, 2018. Born in Plymouth, Wisconsin, on April 7th 1938 to Earl and Eunice Lammers.
She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a degree in Education. She went on to teach physical education at Deerfield and McFarland High Schools outside of Madison, WI. She married her high school sweetheart, Don, and together they shared 58 years of marriage. Donna loved to scuba dive and travel and was known for being a wonderful host for gatherings of friends and family serving her famous Midwestern dessert bars. In 1994 Donna was diagnosed with Parkinson's at the age of 56. She bravely decided to undergo, at the time a new procedure, DBS. This helped with her tremors and greatly improved her quality of life. Although she faced many challenges in her life, including living with Parkinson’s Disease for 24 years, she lived each day with incredible courage and faith, never letting Parkinson's disease defeat her. She always watched out for the less fortunate and firmly believed in the power of prayer. Donna was an inspiration to all who knew her.
