Bill Niblock was born in Greenfield, MA to William H. Niblock, Sr. and Marion Gould Niblock on November 27, 1942. He spent most of his formative years growing up in Maine, before moving to Massachusetts and graduating from Winchester High School, after which he attended Northfield Mount Hermon Preparatory School. He graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University where he was a member and president of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity. He married his college sweetheart Lynne Loveless, on November 27, 1965 in Worthington, Ohio. They were married for 52 years. Bill worked for John Hancock in Boston for over 20 years and continued his career outside Philadelphia as an insurance executive at GIA. He was an Eagle Scout and enjoyed tennis, golf, hiking in the White Mountains, and dogs. He loved spending time with friends and family. William is survived by his wife Lynne, his daughters, Julie and Carolyn, his brother Tom, and his grandchildren, Peter, Sarah, Waverly, and Bay. He died on July 23, 2018 of complications from Parkinsons disease. He passed peacefully at home with his family around him.
