Gloria was an amazing women who loved her 2 children Christopher and Francesca - always supporting them and loving unconditionally. Her 2 Grandsons were her pride and joy and again, she loved them unconditionally. Gloria spent her childhood in Sweden before moving to Vancouver, BC where she would meet her husband Clifford. San Francisco would become their home after Christopher was born and Francesca was named after this city when she was born there.
Gloria loved all flowers but especially roses and once she moved to live with Francesca, Justin and Jordan in Dixon she cared for a beautiful rose garden. Christopher and her would spend the day working in the rose garden and then having afternoon tea together. Her other love was swimming - in lakes, rivers or swimming pools - she loved to be in the water. In the summer she swam everyday, always challenging herself to at least 20 laps before she would stop. She loved bright colors - orange and green in particular were her favorites.
Gloria was the foundation of our family and she will be missed but never forgotten. In every flower and every beautiful lake we will feel her and the love she had for all of us.
