Ronald Lee Pounds, 75, of Porterville, CA, succumbed to Parkinson’s Disease after a long and brave battle on May 20, 2018.

Ron, son of Velma Louise and James Eugene was born in Bakersfield, CA. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia, his 5 children, Laura, Kristina, Kristopher, Billyray, and Tiffany,
their spouses, Pete, Ginger, JoAnna, and Christopher, his grandchildren, Ashley, Aaron, Makayla, Angelina, David, Logan, and Sadie, and his great-grandchildren.

Ron was a retired Air Force Air Policeman and very proud of his service during the Vietnam War. He loved collecting clocks and pocket watches, watching Old Westerns, and was a proud supporter of the Oakland Raiders. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
