Raised in Tribute:
$1483.00On June 2, 2018, we said good-bye to a loving wife, mother and grandmother Sondra P. Livingston.
Sandy was a friend to all that knew her. She was kind, loving and compassionate.
She was caring. She was generous and she was a wiz with numbers!!
Born in Brooklyn, she spent 25 years raising her family in Kings Park, New York with her devoted husband of nearly 47 years Stanley and daughter Rachel.
She worked all her life as a bookkeeper for many successful businesses.
Sandy, spent the last 22 years with Stanley in Boynton Beach Florida enjoying retirement, going on cruises and playing slots at the casino.
But anyone that knew her knows that her greatest happiness and the greatest moment of her life was becoming a grandmother to the twins Leah and Kiera and to Carly.
They were her purpose. Her greatest pride and joy.
After being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, Sandy bravely fought until she could fight no more and there is comfort in knowing that her body is now free from the suffering.
Sandy would always say Michael J. will find a cure, and although she did not live to see that day, it is our hope that we can do something in Sandys name toward one day reaching that goal.
Please consider a donation to the Michael J. Fox Foundation in support of a cure for Parkinsons disease. My mother is gone but she will be with us forever and in her memory we will continue this fight against Parkinson’s
We love you up in the sky and into the clouds and further and further away.
Love,
Rachel
