Jack was a family man loving husband and good friend to many people. He was not diagnosed for many years he had asked his doctor numerous times about his hands shaking all of the time. As a family we will miss him more then ever he was always the most positive loving person. As a family we hope people will get more then one opinion, we wish we had done that for our loving dad.
