Raised in Tribute:
$1155.30With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved Brian William Fairbrother, who left us suddenly on March 20th, 2025, at the age of 64. Brian was born on April 29th, 1960, in Scarborough, Ontario, and passed peacefully, surrounded by the love of his life, his wife Sharon.
Brian’s spirit was a light to all who knew him. His infectious smile and gentle nature could warm the coldest of days. His kindness, patience, and unwavering humor were just a few of the qualities that made him the extraordinary man he was. Above all, he was a devoted husband, a loving father, a sweet grandpa, and a cherished brother—roles he embraced with a full heart and a generous soul.
Brian had many passions, each one reflecting his love for life. Whether it was fishing, metal detecting, making wine, solving crossword puzzles, or traveling the world with his wife, he found joy in the little things. His love of hockey and baseball was matched only by the affection he had for his beloved pets, Fluffy and Buddy, who were always by his side.
A heavy duty truck master mechanic by trade, Brian found fulfillment in his work, always speaking of his deep love for cars. His skill and dedication in his career were a testament to his character.
Though Brian is no longer with us, his memory will live on in the laughter, love, and warmth he shared with us. His presence will be felt every day in our hearts.
Brian leaves behind his devoted wife Sharon, with whom he shared 25 beautiful years; his daughters Carly and Heather, and their husbands Ethan and Jon; his precious grandson Brighton, who brought him so much joy; his loving sisters Kim and Lori; and his stepmother Melody and Father-in-law Wayne. He is now reunited in heaven with his parents, Bill, Jean, and stepfather Don, as well as his mother-in-law Joan.
Brian and Sharon’s love was like no other, and that love will last forever. True soulmates.
Though we grieve his loss, we take solace in the knowledge that Brian's love will always stay with us, shining as a guiding light in our lives. To know Brian was to love him, and all who loved him have gained a guardian angel.
