Eva Emma Maciel was born on November 18, 1936. She was raised by a loving, hard working mom. She grew up with 6 brothers and sisters and she would eventually have 20+ nieces and nephews and 20+ great nieces and nephews. She was an adventurous soul who enjoyed travel, fashion, family get togethers, laughing, baking, cooking, sewing and was a stellar role model on what a Tia should be. Tia Eva as many of us called her, was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 2022. As the disease progressed, Eva continued her path to care for her family, support her family, be feisty when needed and show us all what true perseverance was. She did the hard things when she needed to and enjoyed life. She will always be remembered for being a best friend, sister, Tia, cousin, role model, daughter and an overall really great person. She will be dearly missed.
