Paul Hemenway Goessling. Jr died peacefully on Friday, December 20th, 2024 at his home surrounded by his family and his beloved wife of 62 years, Katherine Huttig Goessling. Dearest father of Paul M. Goessling, Michael H. Goessling (Nicole), Kathy G. Carlgren (Chuck), and Linda G. Rohde (Paul). Dearest grandfather of Sydney Carlgren, Paul Henry Goessling, Parker Goessling, Katherine Rohde, Hutt Goessling and Grace Goessling.
Paul was born on April 13, 1936, to the late Paul and Virginia Goessling. Paul graduated from Country Day School in 1954. He attended Princeton University and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, MO in 1958.
An avid duck hunter and fisherman, Paul loved the outdoors and traveling with his family. Paul was known for his wonderful story-telling, sense of humor, kindness and unwavering faith in the Lord.
This page also is a place to support The Michael J. Fox Foundation's mission to end Parkinson's. Every person and family touched by this disease knows the same urgency for a cure. But we also can take heart in the tremendous progress that has unfolded since the Foundation opened its doors. Those living with Parkinson's have every reason to look to the future with hope.
