$572.00Joan Elaine Landrum was born on November 7,1945 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She lived her life with an adventurous soul, music in her heart and a kind word for everyone. She was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in her mid-sixties and aside from the tremor in her hand, the symptoms were mild. The tremor did make it challenging to play her beloved piano which was a bit of a heartbreak for her. She managed her symptoms and was able to continue traveling around the world to see friends and family. When the world shut down for Covid in 2020, her symptoms began to worsen. She had trouble sleeping and her anxiety began to increase. She and her husband were able to get back to smaller trips once things opened back up, but she struggled more and more with mobility. Joanie was able to see all her adult children and most of her grandchildren in her final year and passed peacefully in her sleep on October 22, 2024 in Tucson, Arizona.
