Raised in Tribute:
$422.88Bill was a loving, funny, family-first jokester. He loved his family more than anything. Bill welcomed friends of all kinds and made them family. He loved classic rock music, pistachios, and making jokes. In 2018, Bill was diagnosed with Parkinson's. He suffered most from the effects of this disease in the final years of his life. Bill participated in Rock Steady boxing to help him with his movement. We believe that the contributions from the people who loved Bill will help researchers to one day find a cure for this unfortunate disease. A disease that took an amazing man too soon.
The Michael J. Fox Foundation is dedicated to finding a cure for Parkinson's disease and to ensuring the development of improved therapies for those living with Parkinson's today. The Foundation is the world's largest nonprofit funder of Parkinson's research, with more than $800 million in high-impact research funded to date.
