Raised in Tribute:
$1644.56In loving memory of Marianne, a beacon of strength and kindness, who faced Parkinson’s with unwavering grace for nearly three decades. Despite the challenges she encountered, Marianne chose not to let her diagnosis define her. Instead, she became a pillar of support for others.
Marianne's commitment to the Parkinson's cause extended beyond words. She was a familiar face at the annual Parkinson’s walk in Central Park, and local support group where her presence and positivity uplifted everyone around her.
She didn’t let anything stop her or reduce her smile. She traveled, volunteered, did art, exercised, cooked, sang loudly out of tune…she had fun.
Her legacy is one of resilience, compassion, and unwavering positivity. Marianne's light will continue to shine bright in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
The Michael J. Fox Foundation is dedicated to finding a cure for Parkinson's disease and to ensuring the development of improved therapies for those living with Parkinson's today.
