$1760.45Joseph passed away at the age of 85 having been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in his early 50’s. Thankfully, due to an early diagnosis and treatment, he was able to live his life with minimal symptoms and continued to work, travel, and play golf which he loved. In those earlier years, he often participated in research tests at the VA Hospital in Philadelphia where he was seen for his care. It was only in the last 10-12 years that the disease started to greatly impact his day-to-day life. He was a fighter and very determined to maintain his ability to walk right up to his passing, which was extremely difficult the last year of his life. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He will be greatly missed by our family.
