$667.62Phil was diagnosed with Parkinson's around 2012. He fought valiantly and unfortunately passed on 2 April 2024 while at the Union Grove Veteran's Home. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Kathleen (nee Connolly) and son Patrick (Genesee) Albers. Loving grandfather of Caius and Micah. Brother of Tim (Cheryl) Albers and Karen Albers. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Phil was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on October 11, 1951, and was a proud graduate of Milwaukee Lutheran Highschool class of 1969. He proudly served in the U.S Navy from 1970-1973 and received an honorable discharge. Phil proudly served his community as a Lieutenant with the Lyons Township Volunteer Fire and Rescue for about 10 years. Phil worked for the City of Kenosha as a Housing Specialist for 15 years.
