Raised in Tribute:
$224.54Brijeshwar Dayal, born in 1942, was a beloved husband, father and grandfather. He grew up in New Delhi, India and immigrated to the United States in 1972. Known for his commitment to his extended family and friends, he was a father figure to many people and left a lasting impact on those who knew and loved him. His solicited and sometimes unsolicited advice and assistance on a variety of topics to so many people will be well remembered. His family will miss his handyman skills in and around the house and his ability to build things from scratch. Everyone in our community will remember him for his daily early morning brisk walks throughout our neighborhood and beyond which was a testament to his energy. He created an open home for all his family and friends and made sure everyone was taken care of. He passed away at the age of 81 on April 3, 2024, leaving a legacy of love, kindness, and devotion. He is survived by his wife Madhu, his sons Vikas and Mohit, daughter-in-law Avni, and granddaughter Milly. He will be remembered by his family and friends, inspiring them to live purposefully and with hope. We will miss his big smile, heart, suit and tie who chased a train from Metropark to NYC for over 40 years.
