$945.25Sharon (Muise) Wonson, age 73, of Saugus, passed away on Monday, August 28 after a well fought battle with Parkinson’s Disease. She was the beloved wife of Arthur Wonson with whom she shared 28 years of marriage. On the weekends she enjoyed spending time on their boat in Essex, MA and attending car shows and races. She also enjoyed many years of traveling with Art including frequent trips to visit family and friends on Surette’s Island in Nova Scotia.
Born and raised on Surette’s Island until she was thirteen; she and her family then moved to Wakefield, MA. Sharon had been a resident of Saugus, MA for the past 50 years.
Sharon dedicated her adult life to being a mother, a nurse and later a grandmother. She was a registered nurse who had many roles including working at Lynn Hospital and in a doctor’s office in East Boston. Her favorite role was her time spent as a visiting nurse. She loved caring for all her patients
