Raised in Tribute:
$103.00Jack, my wonderful Husband of 53 years has been diagnosed with Parkinson's 21/2 years ago. The diagnosis was hard to accept and indeed very hard physically and emotionally for Jack.
Two years later, Jack is engaged in Tai Chi, kickboxing and walking. Sometimes it's hard for him to get out of bed because of pain, but we have learnt that this disease is very unpredictable and we must ride the ups and downs.
For his 79th birthday I wanted to honor him for being a good, generous, sensitive and loving husband, father and grandfather.
We love you,
Rita, Michele, Jeremy, Jeff, Amanda, Julian, Lila, Alexa, Jake and Charlie
