Dr. Wayne Huey had a heart of gold. He was smart, handsome, fun-loving, and optimistic. He was a compassionate husband, father, brother, coach, counselor, teacher, and friend. He passed away on Thursday June 1st, 2023 at 9:19pm. He was diagnosed with Parkinson's 23 years ago, but consistently did his very best to live life fully. He didn't let the disease define him. He was our rock and we will hold him in our hearts forever. This tribute is one way to support something dad valued: giving back to his community through research and science.
