Roger Percy Jordan, 89, of Willowbrook, IL, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, March 19, 2023.
Roger was the beloved husband of 18 years to Linda Jordan; father to Amie (Chris) Kaczmarek, Ellen (Mike) Spitalli, Nina (Sam) Kuhlman and Roger (Jason Chenoweth) Jordan Jr. He was known as “Grandpup” to his 7 grandchildren, Emily and Lauren Kaczmarek, Amanda and Paul Spitalli and Charlie, Freddie and Rose Kuhlman. He was a dear friend to many and a proud “cat dad” to Ink and Storm.
Roger was born in Hinsdale, Illinois and was an active member of the Hinsdale and Willowbrook communities his whole life. He loved to play tennis at the Salt Creek Club and was an avid golfer. A history buff, you could often find him reading biographies of historical figures. Roger was a successful realtor, known for his impeccable ethics and love of the business for more than 35 years. He just retired in 2020.
Roger will always be remembered by his family and friends as a kind, principled, fun-loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, great uncle and friend.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Nancy Ellen Jordan; his parents, William and Ina Jordan as well as his two sisters and two brothers.
