$1916.44One of the most beautiful, loving, kind and precious women to ever grace the planet -spiritually gifted, artistically talented, subliminally graceful, eternally peaceful, an ocean of love. She was my mother. She contracted Parkinson’s at the young age of 44. She fought valiantly and was a beacon of inspiration to whoever she met. She was one of the first women in India to receive a deep brain simulation implant that helped her control symptoms. She contracted Covid and passed away Feb 1 2022 after a 27 year struggle that left her organs weak. Her soul remained indomitable through the end. She transcended the human realm while alive and achieved a saintly status; death was a mere formality. Her love pervades her family’s universe.
The Michael J. Fox Foundation is dedicated to finding a cure for Parkinson's disease and to ensuring the development of improved therapies for those living with Parkinson's today. The Foundation is the world's largest nonprofit funder of Parkinson's research, with more than $800 million in high-impact research funded to date.
