Robert (Bobby) was born on April 20, 1949, in Borger, TX. He loved music and played several instruments but his passion was the guitar taught to play by his mother, who also played the guitar. Music was an important part of his life. He started a band with some of his friends while still in his teens. He was cherished for his talent as a musician, songwriter, and great conversationalist.
In 2009, Robert started having some health concerns. He was losing weight, had low energy, and experienced intense dizziness and migraines. He underwent several tests before he was diagnosed with Parkinson's. He managed this life for nearly 12 years. He was semi-self-sufficient until his fatal fall in August 2022. He broke a hip and had to have surgery. His health went down from there. His Parkinson's progressed very fast.
Robert (73) passed on December 9, 2022.
