$1098.50Dr. Frederick Robert Jetter (1937-2022) passed away peacefully following a long battle with Parkinson’s disease and dementia. He was an avid North Carolina State University alumni fan for over 50 years after graduating with his PhD in Civil Engineering.. He had a successful career designing bridges, roadwork, and railroad systems primarily through the firms he worked with in North Carolina and New York. After retiring he focused on being a loving, doting grandfather and traveling around the world from Europe to South America with his beloved wife of over 60 years.
He is survived by his wife, Glenda Bagwell Jetter; children, Cynthia Jetter Harper, Frederick Harold Jetter, and Katherine Dawn Jetter; grandchildren, Emma Claire Harper McCarthy, Ember Renee Jetter, and Audrey Lynn Harper; and sister, Arline Kramar Jetter.
The family is grateful for donations for research for treatments and cures for Parkinson’s disease.
