John Warren Ensign, son, brother, father, grandpa, uncle, has always been involved in hiking, swimming, and anything with physical activity. He has been captain of many teams and loves sports, football, racquetball, tennis, and basketball. He loves yoga and meditation, palates, and so much more! He has 2 sons he loves very much, and grandchildren he also loves dearly. Lived in Ohio as a child, from teen to young adult age, then moved eventually to Westminster, Colorado, where his family grew up. He is a veteran of the Air Force, was a pilot, and loves his country. He has numerous college degrees and loves to learn . He is a man who keeps challenging whatever challenges him and Parkinson's disease is another reason he keeps as active as he can each day. He usually will be in the gym for about 2-4 hours a day and loves to take on contests that motivate positive actions. John is a singer/musician, (piano, keyboard) and was in his own band during his college years, and also cut a few records.
John is trying every day to use his body and mind in healthy ways so that he can have a quality life for as long as possible. He is loved by many. He is a wonderful man who has Parkinson's. But it does not have him.
