Boston, Walter M., Jr.
Rochester: On Wednesday, July 26, 2017, Walter McCree Boston, Jr., PhD died at age 85, surrounded by family in prayer.
Walter is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Abigail; beloved children, Jennifer (William), Andrew, and Jacob (Kim); cherished grandchildren, Jessica, Joshua (Kaitlin), Hannah, Emma, Madelyn, Fiona, and Isla; and treasured great-grandchild, Charles. Pre-deceased by his parents, Walter, Sr. and Theresa; Walter was a respected college professor at SUNY Brockport and RIT, a committed member of Linkages of Rochester, and a devout parishioner at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Brockport, NY.
In lieu of flowers, Walter's family sincerely requests all memorials to be directed to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Brockport.
