On July 29th, we said goodbye to our loving husband and father, Thomas Gerhart. He showed his strong heart and will until the very end, and yet went peacefully as we comforted him after his long battle with Parkinson's disease. Thomas was smart and witty, full of unforgettable one-liners. He had big heart, and loved to share his thoughts and love with anyone and everyone.

He was most proud of his family, his service to his country in Viet Nam, and his horses. He played cowboy part time, riding his two horses, P C and June Bug, and joining cattle drives in Wyoming and Idaho. In his spare time, he enjoyed laughter and being surrounded by his wife, two daughters, and two granddaughters.

He spent the last few days of his life reminiscing with close family members, sharing humorous stories of his mother and siblings. He shared tales of childhood pranks and unforgettable times. Thomas was always up for a good laugh and enjoyed sharing laughter with his family more than anything.

We celebrate his life, his love, and his laughter. We love you, Dad.
