Vivian Estelle Webb Palmer was my maternal mother. I remember her kindness and generosity She was a faithful member and leader in her church and in Eastern Star. Most of the time that I knew her she lived in St; Louis, During World War II she worked in a factory there that made tracer bullets for the army. She moved to Charlotte, NC where she died in 1999 after bravely fighting Parkinson's.
