Raised in Tribute:
$2286.00My brother, Tom Grueter, was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 2013. On July 9, 2021 at exactly age 65.5 (Tom was an engineer and very precise), Tom's compromised health did not leave him with enough reserves to overcome a sudden onset of acute sepsis. He leaves behind the only love of his life, his sweet Betsy, and two extraordinary sons, Nathan and Tyler. At each medical appointment during his Parkinson's treatment Tom would ask his doctor, "When's the cure?" Your kind support will help fund the research that will allow a more definitive answer to this very natural question posed by every Parkinson's patient. Thank you for your help in reaching this goal.
The Michael J. Fox Foundation is dedicated to finding a cure for Parkinson's disease and to ensuring the development of improved therapies for those living with Parkinson's today. The Foundation is the world's largest nonprofit funder of Parkinson's research, with more than $800 million in high-impact research funded to date.
