My mom was one of the most amazing, virtuous, strong, inspirational women I've ever known. She loved all of us with every ounce of her being and made sure that we knew it. She lead by example on how to be a good christian, daughter, wife, mother, and friend. I thank her everyday for showing me how to love and for showing me how to be a great mom to my children. She learned at a young age that life wasn't fair after being diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease at the age of 40. She followed Michael's journey and found inspiration in his perseverance and positive attitude. In 2004 she was chosen as a candidate for DBS. Over the last 20 years she fought with everything she had, always smiling, and keeping a positive attitude. On February 9, 2017 it was time for her to finally rest and begin her beautiful new life in heaven.

I hope heaven is enjoying your beautiful smile and heartfelt laugh as much as we did. We sure do love you!

Your life was a blessing, your memory is a treasure. You are loved beyond words, missed beyond measure.
