Kathy Jo Schneider, age 72, loving wife and mother of two children passed away on Friday, June 11th, 2021.

Kathy was born on March 5, 1949 in Detroit, MI to Robert and Barbara (Morton) Kittredge. On April 20, 1968, she married the love of her lIfe, Harry Stephen Schneider. Together they raised two children, Jason and Sarah.

Kathy had a creative spirit. She enjoyed weaving baskets, writing poetry, and wrote a book. She loved music. Her favorites were John Denver and James Taylor, both whom she saw live in concert. She was known for her positive energy, big hugs, and unconditional love.

Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Robert, and her mother, Barbara. She survived by her husband, Harry; her two children, Jason (Katie) Schneider, of Brighton, Michigan, and Sarah (Jason) Morrow, of Interlochen, MI; grandchildren (Madelyn, Mason, and Madden); her brothers, Reed (Cheryl), and Ron; and her sister, Marcella (Gary); and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 27th, 2021.
