Raised in Tribute:
$540.00Elmer Sutton, affectionately called "Papa" by his children and many grandchildren, was the warmest, most generous and outgoing man you'd ever hope to meet. Elmer never had a bad word to speak against anyone, and his house was always open to friends in need. Elmer was faithful to his God and exemplified the Christian life to all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Elmer had many accomplishments in this life, but his greatest was his family who loved him dearly. He was beloved by his wife Mimi, five sons, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. It was easy to see that Elmer's greatest joy was being in the company of his family and friends, even in his last days.
Papa will be greatly missed. On December 1, 2016, Elmer slipped into eternity while in his sleep. He was 86 years old.
