Thank you for visiting this space dedicated to celebrating, remembering and honoring the life of Rick DeWitt, beloved husband, devoted father and treasured grandfather. He was an amazing brother, uncle and dear friend to so many. Rick passed away Wednesday, August 10th after a courageous 15 year battle with Parkinson's disease. His presence is so deeply missed, but we know he still lives on in our hearts. We can share favorite memories or messages of support with each other on this page.

This page is also to support The Michael J. Fox Foundation's mission to end Parkinson's. As a family touched by this disease, we know the urgency for a cure. As an active person, Rick was physically and emotionally impacted when he no longer could do the things he loved to do. Our family wants to do everything we can to help find a cure. Please consider joining us in support of the Foundation, in tribute to Rick/Dad/Grandpa and in honor of the five million living with Parkinson's worldwide.
