Sylvia was a elementary school teacher for 40 years. She loved children and helping others. When she retired from teaching she volunteered in a Respite Care Program for people with Alzheimer’s Disease and enjoyed reading to a dear friend who had Alzheimer’s. She was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease 5 years ago and she learned and did everything she could to fight the sister also had Parkinson’s Disease.
