As some of you may already know .Both my parents had Parkinson's disease . My Dad lost his battle in Dec 2005. My Mom in May 2020. please consider donating. anything helps . Big or small.
My Dad Jacob was a farmer all his life. His hand shook a lot and he shuffled when he walked. But he worked on the farm until he had a stoke. He loved to see his grand kids. He always had time to play with them .No matter how he felt.
My Mom Alice was diagnosed a few years later. She got around ok up until about 3 years ago. She needed help bathing and dressing. My sister and I helped .But it got to be to much. We hired the Best home aid ever. Kim. She took care of mom She was the best. Mom liked having her there.
Miss my Mom and Dad.
I was diagnosed in 2015. They still do not know if Parkinson's is hereditary. Hoping not for my kids sake.
