Michael E. Freitas has passed away from Parkinson's - He was my cousin, he was a special person, when he found out that he had this disease he decided to get the operation done just so he can walk again. At the time he was having severe tremors, which I did not see, but my other cousins did and they said it was very scary and frightening.
He did get the operation; he was trying to get better, but because of his age other health factors came into play and he passed away on March 24, 2016. His passing will be a tremendous loss to my family. I will miss him.
I will be making a donation to the Michael J. Fox Foundation in his honor.
