Raised in Tribute:
$304.50This page is in honor of my dad, John O. Mason who recently died at the age of 86. He had battled Parkinson's for his last 10 years. His disease progressed slowly for many years but in the end it robbed him of the ability to walk and be mobile, and of most of his speech. We are grateful for all the good care he received at the end of his life but are hopeful that one day soon there will be more options for people like him suffering from Parkinson's. I hope you'll consider any size donation to fund research to eventually find a cure for Parkinson's.
The Michael J. Fox Foundation is dedicated to finding a cure for Parkinson's disease and to ensuring the development of improved therapies for those living with Parkinson's today. The Foundation is the world's largest nonprofit funder of Parkinson's research, with more than $800 million in high-impact research funded to date.
