My grandmother, Glenda Wheeles, is one of the most loving people anyone has ever met. Whether it was teaching me to sing and play Heart and Soul on piano, helping me learn how to sew and tie my shoes, or giving me good and loving advise in all facets of life, Gigi has influenced me in too many ways to count. She's an incredible grandmother to 6 grandchildren, has has taught us all how to care and love people with open arms.

Gigi has battled Parkinson's for almost a decade. She's never let it stop her from being the amazing grandmother we've been so blessed to have. I've attended several Parkinson's support group meetings with her, as she is a founding member of the Sylacauga, Alabama chapter (Shake, Rattle, and Roll). It's a great and supportive group, and we are honored to know so many nice people that support each other through life's challenges.

You will never encounter a grandmother so kind and so willing to love you, regardless of the mistakes we all make in life. She taught us how to love unconditionally, and it's a lesson I will never forget.
