$2029.00Ed Hopey was a retired entrepreneur and CEO of a software engineering firm, US Army Veteran, devoted father of four and grandfather of five, and widow to the love of his life, Nancy who died in 2010. Once an active, vibrant man, Ed was an avid gardener and horticulturalist who loved playing sports, and enjoyed carpentry. In 2003 he received the diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease. While Parkinson’s limited and later prevented him from enjoying the activities he once loved, he faced this adversity head-on with the utmost grace and dignity. He was the embodiment of strength and courage and he will always be an inspiration to his family and all who watched him battle this awful disease.
