We are sad to report that Jim Thomas passed away on December 23, 2020. Sara "Sally" Thomas, his beloved wife, preceded him in death on October 16, 2020.
He was a loving dad, husband, uncle, step-dad, friend and volunteer. He was devoted to his family and community.
Jim was a great story-teller and writer. He was quick to make friends Many of you have your own Jim Thomas stories.
In his younger years he was an avid fisherman, hunter, and golfer. In his later years we discovered that he was also a sharp shot pool player!
While Parkinson's hindered these activities in his later years he still commanded attention when he entered a room and he loved nothing more than to make people smile.
We miss him dearly.
