My mom would always know how to read her children's feelings. She loved to laugh and be silly. She enjoyed her travels around the world and taking photos of the cloud formation outside the airplane window. My mom would knit sweaters and baby booties for everyone. Esperanza worked for Mattel Toys for 25 years. I remember my father would take me to see her at work. She spoiled us with Hot Wheels and Barbies.
