$704.50Meredith was diagnosed with Parkinson’s about 10 years ago. He was approved for the deep brain stimulation surgery in 2020. He was hopeful that it would provide him an additional 10 years of an active life. During or directly after the surgery, Meredith suffered a stroke. He was unable to move or speak. After a month and a half of a roller coaster battle, Meredith passed away from blood clots in his lungs September 18, 2020.
