Jane Ann Wescott Collen was so many things to so many people. Regardless if you called her "Aunt Jane", "Sister", "Mama Jane", "Grammy", "Friend", or simply "Mom", she touched your life like none other!

Over the years, she enjoyed, spending time boating with family and friends on Lake Lewisville and working tirelessly as a volunteer by supporting her boys activities and schools. In retirement, her priorities changed to include fishing for sheepshead at the Texas coast, listening to live musicians ("if they are any good"..she would say), and attending the annual Wescott Family Reunion each summer. She also loved all of her summers spent in Deadwood, South Dakota! But most of all, she treasured anytime she was able to spend time with her family, especially her Granddaughters, Amanda and Averi.

She struggled for so many years with Parkinson's Disease. While it crippled her abilities to "go and do" (as she would say), it certainly didn't hold her back until those final few months.

Thank you for making a donation to The Michael J. Fox Foundation For Parkinson's Research "In Tribute" to our mom!
