My father Dad was taken to Ruby Memorial in Morgantown, WV on Thursday, December 19, 2019. We knew he had struggles and believed he had a neurological disorder. We were working toward a diagnosis and treatment plan when his condition suddenly worsened. Since his admission to the hospital, we have learned he has suffered vascular issues in his brain similar to multiple strokes. He has been diagnosed with vascular dementia, Parkinson’s Disease, and has a meningioma (benign tumor).
I created this page to honor him and his battle to live with PD, and to assist in making a difference with PD research. He inspires me every single day with his determination and optimism.
