$3447.50Richard Hofmann lived a life of strong will, determination and always a desire of making people happy. Richard struggled with the challenges of Parkinson’s for the past 10 years. It was not till December 22, 2019 that he lost his fight. Richard was born in Furth Germany and moved to the United States in the late 50’s. During the early years he worked as a Beautician for a well established Salon. Not long after he married Ruth Hofmann who he was married to for more than 60 loving years. In most marriages 60 years are amazing but they also worked together each day where they had their own business in Hackensack for over 25 years.
Richard loved working with his hands in the yard making sure his property was always picturesque. He enjoyed many great vacations with Ruth and the children. There was nothing too small to accomplish for Richard. It must of been that drive and constant determination to do for his wife and children. In a most recent conversation his wife mentioned that he always made her feel like a Queen. Richard is survived by a loving wife Ruth and their two Children Rich and Sindy. He had five wonderful and loving grandchildren who where the love of Richard’s life. They were Eric, Brandon, Tiffany, Tyler and Jonathan. We all carry Richard close in our heart as his determination and spirit is passed on to many of this grandchildren.
