Raised in Tribute:
$253.00Edward Leroy Becker was born in Dayton, Ohio, the seventh of eight children. He raised one son and three daughters and has nine grandchildren. Ed loved bowling, golf and cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals, Reds and of course the Ohio State Buckeyes! In 2003, Ed was diagnosed with Parkinson’s at the Cleveland Clinic.
He eventually had to drop his golf game but had been involved in Rock Steady Boxing, which greatly helped his balance and confidence from the praise he would receive from the other boxers and trainers.
We are all praying for a cure for Parkinson’s Disease. Please consider making a donation to the Michael J Fox Foundation in tribute of Ed in hopes that “We CAN possibly make it!”
Sadly, Ed passed away Friday January 17, 2020. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers. Please consider sharing Ed stories and memories on the guest book so that others can smile or shed a tear as they remember Ed.
The Michael J. Fox Foundation is dedicated to finding a cure for Parkinson's disease and to ensuring the development of improved therapies for those living with Parkinson's today.
