Raised in Tribute:
$100.00Martin was a vibrant, highly energetic person who loved food, movies, travel, music, and life. He lived his life the way he wanted to live it. He adored his granddaughters, Daisy and Georgia; loved to travel with them, entertain them, and laugh with them.
For the past 25 years, he lived with Dottie LaPenter.
He was diagnosed with Parkinson's about 4 years ago and within that time period, the disease progressed rapidly.
Martin passed away on December 4, 2019, quietly, peacefully and with Dottie by his side.
The Michael J. Fox Foundation is dedicated to finding a cure for Parkinson's disease and to ensuring the development of improved therapies for those living with Parkinson's today. The Foundation is the world's largest nonprofit funder of Parkinson's research, with more than $800 million in high-impact research funded to date.
