Longhorn Pancakes for Parkinson’s, in honor of Dr. Jim Vick, brings awareness to Parkinson’s Disease and helps educate participants on the disease. This unique event brings together the various organizations of Texas Round Table, various faculty members, and students from all over campus together for a shared cause. The main event centers around flipping pancakes on hot griddles on Gregory Plaza in return for donations that go to the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
