A dedicated husband for 46 years, father, grandfather, and 40 year coach who made a difference in so many lives. He knew how to tap into the potential of a person and show them something they may not have known about themselves. He knew how motivate the best in everyone. Jay fought a courageous battle with Parkinson's disease for over 13 years. His memory will forever live on through his wife, daughter, son , granddaughters, friends, family, every athlete he coached and student he taught. He would want all of us to "draw up a game plan" and continue moving forward fighting for a cure to this most challenging disease.
