My grandma was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease many years ago. I can't recall the day or even the year but I know that it was very disheartening to hear. It took a long time to progress but to see her hands shake the way they did when she reached out to me made me sad. Over time her mind began to fade little by little but she was still just as quick witted as ever. In all the years we watched her slowly decline, there was one thing she always made sure we knew, that God would take care of anything we were ever worrying about--including her. And He did. My dear Grandma Polly passed away January 17th, 2019 and not a day goes by that I don't think of her. I hope that one day there is a cure found for Parkinson's Disease and that it helps as many people as possible.
