Howard Chenowith was my Dad. He was a big ,strong,tough guy but then he got Parkinsons. His life as he knew was drastically changed. He couldn't walk without a cane or a walker. He ate like a bird and that was definitely not like him! It just got worse and worse over time and he passed away 2 days ago. I'm going to miss him terribly but it's also a blessing not only for him but for my Mom. She loved him so much that she brought him home from the nursing home and with a little bit of help she took care of him because he couldn't even stand up anymore so he was totally bed ridden. I don't wish this disease on anyone or any family that has to go through it. I hope everyone who loved my Mom and Dad could donate to this foundation so hopefully one day soon they will find a cure for this horrible disease. Thank you.
